available in July.

The evaluation Committee decided that reports by school, by discipline, and by

all
students in the present year compared to bar chart against the two previous
years will be made available on the web by January 31 of each year.

RHEP representatives. These people include Site Coordinators (to their own
consortia only), Sharon Boni (AB PA), Kathy Bors (WVU medicine), Deborah
Campbell(CWV-PA), Melanie Collier (OT), Patti Crawford (WVSOM), Anne Cutlip

OTHER BUSINESS

The Evaluation Committee voted to approve the proposed request for funding for
the RHEP Evaluation from the RHEP Special Projects Fund. Jodie Jackson and
Kelly Blake will present this request to the Finance Committee today.

The Evaluation Committee voted to change the wording of the focus of the
Evaluation Committee in WVRHEP Policy 96-02 as follows:
The evaluation committee is responsible for establishing guidelines and plans
for the evaluation of the WVHREP program through:
1) Ensuring the maintenance and implementation of tools that evaluate the
student perspective of the RHEP experience and
2) Oversight and recommendation of activities and/or policies that evaluate
the
recruitment and retention impact of the WVRHEP program.

Due to lack of time, the Evaluation Committee decided to delay discussion
regarding the decline in RHEP rotations and the discussion of the Field
Faculty
Survey until the next meeting, July 17, 2000, 10:30 12:00.
