April called the informal meeting to order about 12:30 PM.
No check-in was held.
LEGISLATIVE PLANNING- the following committees were formed
at the Dec 11 meeting:

After breaking out into the legislative planning groups for about 15 minutes, the following reports were given:
IT Committee discussed video and its use for February. Parr requested that folks who may have photos please send them ASAP.
Food Committee had a sample of box to be used for "snacks" for all legislative representatives. Boxes will cost less than $5 each.
The PR committee discussed having radio broadcast and newspaper articles on the event. They would also like to purchase RHEP 10th anniversary pins to give out to legislative representatives and RHEP supporters.
The decorating and display committee would like all consortiums
to bring their display boards to the capitol during the day. Matching tablecloths
will be used along with balloons and flower arrangements. The committee
has purchased a banner celebrating 10 years of RHEP and would like to add
some items to the ORH RHEP display.
Adjournment - The meeting was adjourned at 1:15 PM so SC could
set up and get ready for RHEP Health Fair in the lobby near the Pylon Entrance
of HSC.
