The Site Coordinator Committee
The Site Coordinator Committee is comprised of coordinators from each of the 8 West Virginia Rural Health Education Partnership Consortia. This committee typically meets once per month in order to discuss joint projects/program, curriculum requirements, evaluation data, committee reports/requests and any and all other business that affect the partnership program. Frequently, coordinators also host speakers at their monthly meetings in order to receive updates and information on other statewide collaboratives. Coordinator meetings also serve as a tool for coordinators to share ideas and network with colleagues in order to continually monitor quality improvement of the partnership, educational requirements, and all other aspects of student education and rotation management. Frequently state level staff also attend these meetings in order to keep coordinators informed of statewide program goals, objectives, challenges and accomplishments and to communicate state level policies and procedures crucial to program improvement.
